Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (BioSign GmbH, Brunnenstr. 21, 85570 Ottenhofen, Tel: 08121/923894, Fax: 08121/923893, E-Mail: info@biosign.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract.
You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. We will bear the costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post (goods requiring freight forwarding). You bear the direct costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, can normally be returned to us by post. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality. Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
Financed Transactions: If the customer has financed this contract with a loan and exercises their right of withdrawal, they are no longer bound by the loan agreement if both contracts constitute an economic unit. This is particularly likely to be the case if BioSign GmbH is also the customer's lender or if the customer's lender has used BioSign GmbH's services for the financing. If the loan has already been disbursed to BioSign GmbH when the withdrawal takes effect, the customer can contact not only BioSign GmbH but also the lender regarding the reversal of the transaction.
