Important information about shipping costs
and taxes displayed in our shop

(please read carefully)

• Deliveries within Germany and the EU:
  The amount shown in your shopping cart includes all costs, including VAT and shipping. No additional charges apply.

• Deliveries to countries outside the EU:
  In addition to the shipping costs shown in the shopping cart, customs duties, import sales tax, and other fees may apply. These are not included in the shopping cart or in PayPal payments.
  
• Shipping to Switzerland is handled by DHL. Customers pay duties upon receipt.
• Shipping to other non-EU countries is handled by UPS. In these cases, we pay customs duties and taxes in advance; these costs are charged separately.

For an overall calculation, we recommend that you request an individual quote from us before ordering

to countries outside the EU.
