Qiunity – Making group coherence visible
A new method for researching and developing team synchronization – currently in the pilot phase.
Why does synchronization play a role in teams?
Social connectedness is one of the fundamental human needs. It influences cooperation, trust, and stability within groups.
Findings from neuro- and stress research show that the interplay of breathing and heart rhythm is linked to inner stability and social coordination.
We refer to this form of internal synchronization as group coherence.
In teams, this coherence often manifests itself intuitively – in shared timing, in the feeling for one another, in the way decisions are made.
Qiunity addresses this very point, making these processes observable and trainable for the first time.

Qiunity is currently under development
Qiunity is currently part of a controlled pilot program.
Together with selected professionals, we are developing and testing a method that:
- the physiological coordination within groups is recorded
- makes visible how individual self-regulation contributes to team dynamics.
- opens up new perspectives on team dynamics, focus and collaboration
The aim of the pilot phase is to gather real-world application experience and to further develop the method in a sound manner.
What does Qiunity offer during the pilot phase?
- Free access to the Qiunity Explorer license
- Introduction to Method and System
- Exclusive service
- Guided application
- Opportunity to contribute one's own experiences to further development
Added value for HRV scanner customers
For users of the BioSign HRV scanner, Qiunity opens up new perspectives:
- Introduction to team and group work
- new visualization options in seminar and training contexts
- Preparatory experience for remote and group applications
- methodological expansion of the existing offering
Qiunity is not intended as a replacement for existing HRV methods, but rather as a complementary methodological development.
Who can become a pilot partner?
Suitable for:
- Coaches and team coaches
- Sports coaches and performance sports supervisors
- Therapists
- Seminar and training leader
- experienced HRV scanner users
