What is the Qiu?
Qiu is an innovative HRV biofeedback system
that measures your heart rate variability (HRV)
and provides visual feedback. Developed by German physicians, the Qiu supports the connection between heart and brain
through targeted biofeedback, promotes relaxation, and helps regulate stress.
How does the Qiu work?

Why an ear clip?
